DTDC

Repeated poor service. They took longer time in the name of 'speed post'. Total ignorance.

Worth & delay service. Unprofessional staff. Courier took 5 days to deliver from Guwahati to Imphal.

The person who sits in this office currently is a fraud, will not inform you whether the pin code is serviceable or not and anyway book the parcel vis area manipulation and your item gets lost then and there. Also, he charges extra for the amount.

My courier that i booked from this office is redirected to somewhere else and i asking the guy at the frontdesk for help to track my courier. but his rude answer is one or two cases bound to happen in courier service. ....really .... then i called customer care service ,they gave me a mob no . and when called ,that guy said he left DTDC 6 month back . what the ..... . As Documents are important to me and the receiver ,now i am helpless & stressed and receiver is wandering local DTDC office and godown to find where the courier is now ....thanks to DTDC .... Nah! Never DTDC again in my life .......

Ok with behaviour n all, but my parcel took a long time to arrive, might be bz of lock down period, otherwise Dtdc is quite known for good servise

It's been 2 weeks and my courier has still not arrived, it usually take 3 to 4 days, when calling upon the front deck for help they just hungup on me.. they are not serious with there job .. by the way I am still waiting for my courier
