Recently went there, there was some remodeling going on in the store. Just told them what I came for as was expecting the store to function in some areas, considering my first time there. But a lady staff was rude and she also took away another lady staff and didn't allow her to talk. First of all, firstcry is a brand, people go there for its name. The staff needs to be trained and skilled. This rude behaviour is not going to be tolerated for long.

This is a shop for babies so they must maintain some cleanliness. Dust is everywhere and on everything that irritated me the most. No new stock. The store is full of old stock and dust.
