They never deliver the documents until they personally know you. Also they asked for extra tip.. Is Indian Government on loss. I'm paying tax after that also if I have to pay tip to Government employee than how will we sustain. Also office timings is 9 to 7 but I'm standing outside of office they open office after 9:45 AM

Post mastor didn't deliver the parcel instead of that they told us to collect, distance between my home and post office is approximately 50-60 metre, but they told me that they didn't know this place .

If there was -* available I would be happy to give -10 rating, It's 2.30 p.m. and the office is closed. This is how government officees run. These people should be sent in private office for work then only they will understand. Worst experience

I am now sitting here at 3 pm but they are denying to accept any parcel as they are saying that it is closed at 2 pm itself... This is the worst Post Office I have come across in Fatasil Ambari, Guwahati, Assam, India

Do not receive my courier at 3.35pm saying it closes at 3.30pm.. very punctual at closing their office..
