Service engineers (mechanics) are professional and well skilled. They know their job very well. But, management has a lackadaisical attitude towards their customers. They neither have a proper parking bay nor have a clean hygienic toilet in case you need to answer a nature's call. Waiting room is very basic but has a working AC and drinking water facility. That's good. Management should respect their customers and they should get this into their heads that customers' time also have values. They should rather fix a daily number of vehicles to be serviced and shouldn't take booking of any vehicle further, if that daily limit is achieved.

Jayshree Bike Service Centre management booking employees service is very poor,it must be rectify soon, otherwise Customer will suffer a lot for long time.i as a service Customer I waited till 7-pm on dt 27-09-22, I booked my name day before, even then i waited till 7-pm. Really unbearable. U must think about it.

A two wheeler Service center in heart of the city. Easily accessible... But standard have to be raised... Customer lounge should be beautified with comfortable seats and a clean wash room is badly needed.

I went to Jayshree TVS Bike Servicing Center in search of my bike's part. I am highly satisfied with service manager Mr. Sumit. He helped me to get my product by placing an order and assured me its availablity within 15 days. He has a vast knowledge on every parts of all TVS Bikes. Keep it up 👍

Some Technicians lack the basic knowledge, without repairing they insist of replacement of spare parts with new one. Some Technicians are really hard working n they apply all of their knowledge in servicing the vehicles of the customers. Overall 3/5 for their service and commitment..

They provided with pickup and delivery of my two wheeler during servicing. I have AMC for three consecutive years but this year the cost of AMC had gone up by about 40% which I consider a steep rise for which I may not consider for the 4th AMC.

Very good service, even the staff are very well behaved & professional as per my personal experience. And they solved the issue very nicely.

Too lagy service by the front desk employees...and never had an active internet connection to provide a legit bill for the servicing on time...but the mechanics are decent.
