I recently purchased a side by side refrigerator from this store, I must say I am satisfied with the service provided by the store. The sales persons were eloquent and knowledgeable. I recommend buying products from this store and also you will receive awesome gifts with the products purchased as I had received real me buds with the refrigerator along with discount.

Worst buy. They never provide service. We have purchased an airconditioner from this shop in the month of March, 2025 and now the AC is not working. This Reliance Jio Mart is giving us false promises and making us fool. Sometimes they said that the technician will be coming to our place in morning hours and sometimes inthe evening. At last after a gap of five days the technician has come and told us that another 7-10 days will be needed to resolve the issue. In this heat wave specially in summer season we bought the AC to make our live easy but dealing with these people and listening their false promises makes it more difficult. Never ever recommend Reliance to anyone.

Third class service by reliance service they dont respond to the query.I have purchased a Ac from here ...and it has been a week now nobody is responding for the repair of the comlaint i have raised ...very bad

No service mentality, just ready for extraction of customer's money

Excellent service and a variety of electronic products are available in the shop. The sales staff are properly trained and well behaved. I highly recommend this shop if anyone is going to purchase electronic products.
