Kashyap Hero Service center

The service center seems to be working off a skeleton crew, that said the staff are helpful. Things I noted: In the morning service executive was not present to ask the customer about issues faced and fixes to be done, the vehicle inspection was not done in front of the customer. That said it was the vehicle's fist service so I ignored the missing things. When I reached back to pickup the vehicle, there was no helper available to bring the vehicle to the gate, so I had to go into the parking, find and pickup my vehicle. I have not experienced this with any other service center as process generally requires the customer to stay near the gate and a helper brings the vehicle after cleaning.

Very bad response and poor service,before serving my scooty was well but after repairing the brake was not working properly,,,too much negligence this is not acceptable,and repair charges also high .

I recently took my scooty to the service center for its routine maintenance, and I must say that I was very impressed with the service I received. The staff members were friendly and professional, and they took the time to explain the different services that were required for my vehicle. The service center was clean and well-maintained, and I felt comfortable leaving my car in their capable hands. They completed the servicing within the estimated time frame and even washed my car before returning it to me. The price of the servicing was reasonable and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. I appreciated the fact that they only recommended the services that were necessary for my vehicle and did not try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. Overall, I had a very positive experience with this service center and would definitely recommend it to others. I will certainly be returning for my next scheduled maintenance appointment.

Visited for my 2nd servicing of my Xtreme 125R, and this is what they did, engine oil pipe was not properly fited and it has lost more than half of of my engine oil. The manager was too busy to cooperate with us, she delayed my servicing twice, however finally done at 3rd attempt. There is not enough staff to handle the customers.

I buy spare parts here, awesome service... i recommend

Visited this Hero Service Centre recently for scooter repairs and was shocked by the estimated cost. They suggested replacing parts that didn’t need fixing. The staff wasn’t professional, though the mechanic was cooperative. Ended up buying the spare parts and getting my scooter serviced at a local garage for a fraction of the cost. Not a trustworthy place for honest estimates or service. #Overpriced #Unprofessional #BetterAlternatives

Very bad put a scrach on my bike didn't even wash properly

This service centre was good once upon a time . We have been servicing our bikes and scooters for years, but today I was totally disappointed by their late service. Really their services are becoming slow day by day. 😑 Even do not give proper attention to the customer. And according to the customer's requirements they do not provide service. Otherwise the service centre was good at first.
