Counter is only for Offline NOC & Loan Clearance (Offline NOC is Basically applied if you haven't took any NOC from the Lender and have crossed over 1 year after the payment of you complete loan ). For Offline NOC ,Submit an Application (use chat gpt on internet to write an application) from the Borrower and a Valid Id proof along with ownership proof such as Registration. Ask the counter guy how to write an application / any Balance related service, he is polite to answer all the details. Office timmings 10 am - 5 pm Saturday & Sunday Off. Extra Tip: You can download your NOC online if you have freshly completed your loan tenure. Just download the L&at Finance Planet App from Google Play Store and Login with your Phone number. There you will be able to download your NOC and other Documents related to your loan. NOTE : I am not any working official , just a reviewer dt. 24.02.2023
