(WORST STORE for GUTTING) Bought racquet from them , got it gutted from them but received the strings in damaged conditions. When asked about it, before asking a refund , employees tried to convince that its normal. After few mins of disagreement , they said they cannot refund but they will replace it, if the present string is broken. (CUSTOMER SERVICE= PATHETIC) Since its was a gamble, to wait and watch for the string to break and go to their store to get fixed. Instead i asked the owner , if i can get my other racquet gutted over phone , since anyway they were going to get it strung. To which he accepted my request and asked me to visit the store . Now after visiting the store they denied to string it . And the owner isn't answering any calls. WORST EXPERIENCE.

Don't go there ..... They are not professional with 0 knowledge about racquet. Ever if their fault they are not want to take responsible. Even the owner doesn't know behaviour with coustomer. * Manner less * 0 skill * They are not professional Just waste of money. Disappointed man ! Being a reputed showroom, atleast they should be professional. Disgusting yaar 🤮

Useless gutting with pathethic string quality didnt played a match and the string is already geeting off asked them to get No.7 and they got a pathethic string useless never go there and also price is too high i got scammed better you dont get scammed

Better not to do gutting here, i had faced terrible incidents. Apart from that, it's a good showroom with a good variety. Price is okay
