Well maintained place. I visited there with my mother, elder sister and my younger brother for an issue. They were forced us to open a new policy rather than help us to fixed the problem with our old policy. So I'll give it 2 stars for cleanness.

Staff are friendly & cordial. 2nd & 3rd Saturday office remains closed. All sorts of issue with your Maxlife insurance policy can be solved here. You get all the required services for all channels of Maxlife.

The front office lady doesn't know how to talk with elderly people. Rude behaviour with every person as I observed during my multiple visit. Treat customer as enemy. Always link down makes people wait and waste their time. If there is no star option i would opt for that.

Wearing beautyful clothes,talking stylish is not called good behaviour!!And all staff in your office is not in the same rank!!Like that all customer is not in the same rank!!So you should learn how to behave with gazetted officer"s rank customer!!Otherwise you are non sense or STUPID!!
