The manager here is truly exceptional—incredibly good, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Their dedication to customer satisfaction really shines through and made a significant positive impact on my visit. Unfortunately, my last visit was not satisfactory. The prints I received were of good quality, showcasing the lab's capability in delivering on its core service and prices are reasonable. It's clear that the manager fosters a welcoming environment and is committed to ensuring clients walk away satisfied. They were particularly attentive and helpful with my inquiries, demonstrating a level of professionalism and care that is truly commendable. I called to inquire about their products and rates, they lack clarity or understanding about their own products. They send an unclear photo of product on watsapp, on being asked..they told me their phone camera is not good enough. Lacks professionalism. Manager doesn't pick calls.

All employees are unprofessional they don't have manners to talk with customers... They seems unwilling to do their work... Also they didn't gave plastic to carry out frames.. they says they don't have carriers with them... And the lady seems too arrogent and rude... The prices are too high... And also lot to say but lastly the experience was too bad .. employees should know how to greet n talk with customers... Worst employees

Although the service is prompt but the photography technique is not up to the mark. They edit the photo so much so that the Photograph looks fake. But the prices are value for money so if looking for Passport size photo be careful while getting it taken.

Good place to print photos and photo frames. Same day delivery also possible. Good quality, prices reasonable. 4 inch × 7 inch photo costs rs 7. Helpful staff.

Its a photolab but the priecing are a bit high for high quality photo albums... U will get baatter service in (lakhtokiea fancy bazzar) in guwahati for low price

Had very good experience with this photolab. They provide good quality photo paper in good prices. I would personally suggest ..this photo lab is best within that area..👍👍
