I had ordered a sofa with a specific design and colour combination, but the store delivered a different product. I immediately informed the manager and requested a replacement. He assured me that the correct sofa cousions would arrive the following week, but even after more than a year, I have not received the item I originally ordered. Alongside the sofa, I had also purchased a wooden study chair. Unfortunately, it broke within a year of use. I reported this issue as well, but never received any response or support from the store. Overall, the experience has been extremely disappointing—poor product quality and even poorer customer service. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

It's good shop for home collection and collection are elegant .Located near Ullubari flyover ,as the shop is located just near the narrow road so parking is main issue .Over all its nice shop for home decors .

Lookwise furnitures are very nice but the quality is very bad. Very very disappointed with the quality, bought 6 seater Dinning Table with chairs & a 2 seater sofa. Within 1 year the Dinning table chairs and the 2 seater sofa were damaged then I got them repaired from Royal Living. Now again after around 1.5 years the stitches and the clothes of the chairs have come out. Pathetic quality delivered.
