Local executives from Guwahati are not co-operative and they do not have professional attitude. They pretend to be very big and busy people forgetting the fact that they are employees of a mere private service sector company and not State Bank of India. Although I bought their healthcare policy in Oct 2021, my email id which I provided then is not registered till today. As a result of which I have not received soft copy my policy for last 3 years on my email from the head office as well as other useful information.

Worst dont listen to customer.Fraud.Also, my son visited this branch for job purposes. There may not be any job for him.. but as soon as he ask for any job one of the employee working there misbehaved and said "ji ti kotha hudhibo nalaage" .
