Now currently pursuing MS in the same Dept so I can give a in depth review. People around u r really good, we r 15 in a 2020 batch and we all r from multidimensional streams which makes this experience more beautiful .Talking about the guides they are always helpful and ready to work whenever u r needy and staff is also ready to help at any moment. research is focused on the core fields of engineering as now I'm working in the mechanical engineering domain under guide from mechanical Engi. background(highly awarded and respected in the field) and yes u will enjoy the beauty of campus. Placements are up to u weather u wanna get into job or not. Finally its up to u how much u explore the IITG and develop urself. Highly recommended dept. from my side.
