This agency shows zero respect for clients. Their operations are poorly managed, and the quality of service is pathetic. The officer Bijoy is rude, irresponsible, and completely unfit to handle clients. He avoids responsibility, gives false assurances, and fails to resolve even basic issues. Communication is terrible, and once they take your request or payment, they simply stop caring. There is no discipline, no accountability, and no professionalism in this office. Complaints are ignored, follow-ups are wasted effort, and the overall attitude is arrogant and dismissive. For a company claiming to provide security, their own management is chaotic and unsafe. I strongly warn people to stay away from SIS Security Agency (Zoo Road, Guwahati). Choosing them is a complete waste of time, money, and mental peace
