I got connected with Lalit Ji from Sundar Traders around June this year while searching for a vendor for toughened glass work for my Amul outlet at Azara. I also spoke with a few other vendors as well, but Lalit ji’s polite behavior, quick response, and reasonable pricing really stood out. Though I’ve never personally visited his shop, all our discussions were over the phone, and still, the work was completed exactly as promised. Even when I requested him to hold my ready materials for over a month due to some personal reasons, he patiently cooperated without a single complaint.
