Poor customer relations are their first rule. Rude and arrogant staff. According to them, you should carry 4-5 labours 24x7 with you, cause they will deliver consignment at free of cost to your gate. Such a pathetic service. First they will call you to make the payment and tell you that they will deliver the package at your doorstep Don't worry. After payment they don't receive phone calls and their behaviour suddenly changes. People try to avoid this scam.

Worst experience Stubborn staff Repeated delays in delivery I had paid for home delivery however I had to travel to their office to collect the parcel and they charged me in full The worst customer empathy shown by the staff Management is also least bothered Never ever am I going to use their service

Service is good....they don't accept door delivery even after request or payment for the service.. .... arrogant staff

Pathetic condition in which the goods are kept. Cramped up warehouse. And absence of basic amenities. No generator...
