Complete lack of professionalism Belgian Waffle, Zoo Road, Guwahati — if you value your time, avoid this place. We placed an order and waited for over 20 minutes. When I finally checked at the counter, the staff had no idea what we ordered and started asking each other in confusion. That alone tells you how badly this outlet is managed. Our order was clearly never prepared. We wasted nearly 30 minutes of our evening standing around while the staff showed zero urgency, zero accountability, and zero concern for customers. For a brand that charges premium prices, this level of incompetence is unacceptable. This wasn’t a delay — it was complete operational failure. Highly disappointing and not worth the frustration.

Absolutely loved it! One of the best Belgian waffle outlet I’ve tried. The waffles were freshly made, perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside. Toppings were generous and tasted premium, not overly sweet. The place was clean, service was quick, and the staff was polite and friendly. Great variety of options for both chocolate lovers and those who prefer something light. Totally worth the price — highly recommended for waffle cravings. Will definitely visit again!

Absolutely terrible experience. The service was extremely slow, and the male employee on duty was rude, disrespectful, and openly misbehaved with customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and completely destroys the brand’s image. Immediate and strict action should be taken against him. I am never going to visit this outlet again, and I strongly advise people not to visit this particular outlet. Save your time and money.
