Urban Dharma

It's been around 20 days that I have started my yoga journey in Urban Dharma! And I won't be exaggerating if I say life has never been this good! It heals you mentally, physically, and most importantly spiritually. The teachers are simply brilliant. It's the yoga haven in Guwahati. Highly recommended, old and young alike.

I've been associated with this yoga studio since it's conception and I've had nothing but an amazing journey with them so far. The place has a very calm and airy vibe and the teachers are warm, dedicated persons, who take the time to explain the process, understand you, and clear your concepts! Whether you're starting or already on your yogic path, you will find it suitable. I highly recommend a visit to see for yourself.

Amazing yoga studio.one and only in guwahati i guess that treats yoga so respectably.yoga teacher kristine is an equally amazing yoga practitioner.during my yoga course i saw her living and breathing yoga trying to go deeper and deeper into each and every asana.every moment of that 1 and half hour enriched and relaxed me and i felt the benefits of every bend and curve..i felt calmer and lighter in body and mind.the ambience they have created is very soothing ....love u urban dharma....i would recommend everyone intersted in the essence of yoga must go for urban dharma..
