Been a customer since 2020 and i will have to say the custom built pc i purchased from the store didn’t lasted as per my satisfaction and when i needed an upgrade for my gpu i bought it on my own due to higher price in this store and when i went to the store just to put my gpu on the system, the guy told me to do servicing in specific he said the cabinet is dusty so he said he’ll clean it up and put some thermal paste and for that he charged me a heavy amount of 1500 and even after being a loyal customer since 2020 he didn’t lower the price a bit in fact i could have done all that thing on my own, still i thought due to our long time acquaintance he would’ve charge me less, but all he wanted was to make money and didn’t cared about the customer. If there’s anyone who’s planning to build a custom built from him i suggest you should do it on your own or look some other place where they care about the satisfactory outcome unlike “amin” who only cares about the business instead of customer service/support. Ps he will charge you more

The staff were polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly before starting the repair.
