Came in to restring my tennis racquet with my own strings. Was told I had to buy their strings instead. Forced upselling at its finest profit first, customer last.

Today I received my racquet after new strings were changed.Before giving for changing my racquet strings I was told that the tenssion will be 20 lbs after changing but,I was told that only 17 lbs tenssion was given which is not upto the mark.I am totally 😞 disappointed and will never visit this shop again.

I don't know if it's just my luck but i have been to the store around 4 times without making a successful purchase. Gutting delivery is always the next day even if the machine is free. Reluctance to show racquets when asked for in price range brackets. Just today i went looking for an Astrox 99 Play, unavailable. And apparantly no other racquets in similar price range! Weird answer/collection. I got myself an Arcsaber 11Play from the opposite shop, with BG66U done in around 45 mins. So I don't really know what else to expect/should I ever visit it again! All the best!

Best place to buy badminton items... Staff should be more attentive to customers requirements... Space is a little constraint here. Never go for newly launched items, always prefer usually bought by other customers or which you have tried earlier...
