Chaipho21 Tea Lounge cum Cafe

Worst cafe I have ever seen... Visited with my family and ordered food for 6 people and they took more than 1 hour to serve and also some of their family member maybe his father misguided us...They have a small tea stall outside the cafe with same name and we decided our menu from the menu list and we calculated and got all total 600rs.Than, me and my brother approached infront of the tea seller and also the owner's father was there along with the tea seller and I asked whether we have to give order there or inside the cafe? Than the old gentleman told us to give order inside the cafe so we did.It took more than 1 hour to serve but taste was good.When we went to give payment they told us that total amount was 996 with totally different menu list.And I don't know that owner's name whatever his name is he was showing so much of attitude and behaved very badly with my family specially with my brother.Last line I told them before leaving that cafe was "This is not the way to talk to a customer like this"..I will never ever visit there again.

The cafe was packed when I entered with my family, not knowing what to expect. Nevertheless, the place was very cozy, and there was no scope of getting bored while we waited for our food, because the cafe has wonderful interiors worth looking around. Had veg pakoras which tasted great. The chutney deserves a special mention tbh. The sandwich was one of the most unique I've ever had. We also played darts together. Definitely a one of a kind experience.

I often go there with my friends and enjoy the ambiance. The owner is very hardworking and he always interacts personally with everyone. The food was really delicious. Specially The tea which was made by the owner himself. 😋

It's okay, i mean if your concern is only with tea then it's a good place as it's affordable and cosy. But you can't expect a big deal about this place.. otherwise not bad.

Food is not good and their behaviour is worst. They cancel your previous ordered food saying it will take time when they see they have more customer coming.

Really loved the masala milk tea. Tried veg pakoda and it tasted good. The owner and staff are friendly and well mannered. There are various kinds of tea and tea leaves up for sale and I must say the quality and taste of these tea are very good. Must visit cafe at a pocket friendly budget.

I had missed my train and my friends were there with me and it was late and we wanted to have a cup of tea. We found this place and decided to give it a try and man oh man we loved it. We had masala chai and it was amazing. Absolutely loved the host. It was a very lovely experience!
