This place is a JOKE. I showed them a clear, beautiful reference photo (1st image) of the cake I wanted. They confidently said, “Yes, we can make it exactly the same.” What they gave me (2nd image) looks like it came from a completely different universe — cheap colors, messy piping, random blobs pretending to be flowers. It was EMBARRASSING to even serve this. Zero resemblance. Zero effort. ZERO SHAME. And the taste? HORRIBLE. The cream was overly sweet and tasted synthetic, the sponge was dry like it had been sitting out for days. It wasn’t just ugly — it was inedible. They are not bakers — they are SCAMMERS. Bold enough to lie, deliver garbage, and then disappear. No refund, no apology. They promised compensation on call and now they don’t even pick up. How unprofessional can you be? If you can’t make cakes, just say that. But don’t pretend and then ruin people’s special moments. Your business is running on lies and overconfidence — not skill. AVOID THIS BAKERY unless you want your day ruined by frauds who can’t bake and won’t take responsibility
