FlowerAura - Flowers & Cake Shop in Guwahati

I placed an order for the Eternity White roses bouquet. First of all, I was given the wrong flowers. They were pretty no doubt, but it’s not what I ordered. When i called the delivery guy, he said he accidentally mixed them up, and told me he’ll get me mine. Mind you I paid extra 200₹ for early delivery (7am to 9 am), too. Then at 11AM he arrives bringing me the white flowers. Almost all the flowers were withering as you can see in the photo I attached, also the wrapping paper was dirty and loose. I didn’t have time to order another bouquet so I went with it. I pay 1000₹ for this sad bunch of withering roses? Guwahati FlowerAura, you suck!

Very bad service. I placed an order one day before but they send me mail one hour before delivery time that they can’t process my order as they didn’t get the flowers what I paid.They want to replace with other. And the message was also changed with ugly handwriting. I paid for grandeur bouquets but they delivered with roses. And they want full rating. Like this bad service I won’t recommend you to anyone

I had very bad experience I order cake and flower banquet banquet was good but in cake found hair inside it and they don’t return your money they told me to replace it how would I order the same cake from which i have lost trust in higen of food …and there delivery never on time… I would not recommended any person to order anything from here

Behave very badly with the customer 👎 Once I went to buy a buffet they made me wait more than 1 hour....owner and staff were gossiping and laughing among themselves. Never visit that shop 👎👎👎👎

Update- their team member called and offered me an apology. Its cake and accidents happen. I am just glad they are taking ownership. It was my second time with them and i will happily give them another chance. Please do not use this app. They will deliver damaged cake and since its a fragile item, we can understand that it can happen sometimes but their customer care will not help you. Save your money and memories and look somewhere else.

Everything is bad i ordered 3 time the never get fresh flower i raise a complaint never be better the delivery is worse i tell them to come at 5:30 they come at 3 so no one can receive the flower they have to leave it in front of the door nothing good from this shop just get flower from another store
