Loyans has been one of the worst brand experiences I have ever had.We ordered pasta from the store and were shocked to discover visible fungus on the pasta when we were about to consume it. It was evident that the item had been lying in the showcase for several days. Despite this, the staff at the counter casually reheated the pasta and packed it without any quality or freshness check. Serving fungus-infected food is a serious food safety violation and completely unacceptable. We immediately returned to the store to show them what had been served. Instead of taking responsibility, the response was casual and dismissive, with excuses such as the food being “old” rather than a sincere apology or accountability. This itself reflects extremely poor standards. We escalated the issue to the owner, but even her response was casual and unconcerned about the gravity of serving spoiled food. Later, the so-called manager arrived and was arrogant, unapproachable, and showed no willingness to accept their mistake. At your level—especially as owners and managers—basic respect toward customers and accountability for such a serious lapse is expected. Serving unsafe food and responding with attitude rather than humility reflects a complete lack of professionalism. Your brand brand may grow in name, but without basic etiquette, customer respect, and strict food quality controls, the quality of service and trust will only deteriorate. This experience was extremely disappointing and concerning, and I would strongly caution others about food safety standards at this outlet.

The Strawberry Cheesecake was creamy with a nice biscuit base, and the Garlic Cheese Bun was fresh, soft, and flavorful — both were tasty and reasonably priced 🧁🧄🧀 However, the Hazelnut Coffee was not up to the mark for me ☕️❌. I shared the feedback with the waiter and manager at the counter, and I hope the team can improve the coffee quality soon. Ambience is beautiful, display is tempting, and staff are polite and responsive 🌸✨. I’ll definitely come back to try more pastries and breads. Keep up the good work and please level up the coffee! 🙌 Overall: 3/5 👍 ⭐⭐⭐☆ ☆

The place is nice and has many kinds of pastries, definitely a great spot for dessert lovers. We tried a few different cakes, and they were good. I want to go back again to try their croissants coz they looked really tasty. It's a nice place to visit..

I’m glad they offer a sugar-free option. I’m not diabetic, but I prefer to avoid sugary foods, so it’s nice to have that choice. However, I’d love to see more sugar-free options on the menu. It would also be great if they could include decaffeinated coffee for those who prefer a lighter alternative.

Tried cappuccino (₹100) — it was just average, nothing too special. However, the Chocolate Swiss Roll totally stole the show! Absolutely loved it, and it was worth every bit of the ₹120. I also gave their Chicken Roll a try, but it didn’t really hit the mark for me. That said, the vibe of the place is great — cozy and welcoming. The interior is well maintained and adds to the overall experience. Would definitely return for the desserts and ambiance!

It's my go to place for some good dessert and the atmosphere just adds another point to it. Their cream cheese bun never disappoints, all the cheese cakes are amazing and so does their red velvet cake, egg tart and tiramisu pudding. The lemon tart is quite sour for me and the chicken quiche & chicken pocket is average. Few things that I have noticed recently that they have changed their baklava cheese cake and the new version doesn't taste good at all. They have also discontinued their cinnamon roll cake, which was kinda sad.

When I visited the store, it was packed, but the staff managed the crowd very well. It's a great place for bakery products, where you can find freshly baked cookies and cakes. I tried the mango cheesecake and the Chinese momos. Both were delicious. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. Overall, it's a nice, Instagram-worthy place with good quality food.

Pleasant ambience. The New York and burnt basque cheesecakes taste heavenly. There's a wide selection of savouries too, of which I liked the chicken croissant the best. Prices are on the higher side but totally worth it.
