Silky Treats 7th Heaven

Ordered a tiramisu cake yesterday and honestly, what a disappointment. I thought 7th Heaven was a reliable brand, but the cake was nowhere close to tiramisu. It was extremely sweet, and I couldn’t even identify the flavour. There were just a few coffee sprinkles on top ,that was it. After receiving the cake, I reached out to their WhatsApp number very politely to share my feedback. I did not ask for a refund or any compensation. It was purely a genuine review so they could improve in the future. Unfortunately, the response from the cafe felt very stubborn and dismissive. There was no acknowledgment, no apology, and no sense of accountability. Even a simple “we’ll look into it” would have made a big difference. When a customer shares feedback respectfully, the least one expects is basic acknowledgment. The attitude I received felt quite arrogant. Everything else may be fine, but please avoid ordering tiramisu from here.

Very disappointed with 7th Heaven. The quality of the food was extremely poor – it was oily, stale, and tasted nothing like fresh. The product did not match the description or expectations at all. Complete waste of money. I strongly advise others not to order anything from here, as they clearly don’t care about quality or customer satisfaction.

We ordered two different chocolate pastries through Zomato. They gave two similar chocolate pastries. No cutlery. Very ordinary pavningy. When we called the manager told to send photos in WhatsApp. When we did and called him again, he's not picking up the call. Such scams should be closed down. Pathetic. Didn't expect 7th heaven to be this bad. Never gonna order again and will not let others too.

I ordered a cake on 1st January for my mother. The cake was filled with foam only. The layer of the cake was so thin. Are you for real? The cream even fell off the cake! I didn't order to just eat your damn cream. Do you think this way you'll fool people who entrusted you for a special occasion to make it more beautiful. So cheap!! I would never suggest it to anyone. Utterly disappointed.

They bake very tasty cakes. I ordered two birthday cakes online. They were perfectly baked with taste and texture. The Red velvet chocolate cake is the best.

Pleasant experience. Small outlet situated at the first floor. Easy to locate from hatigaon main road, this store is nearby lakhimi nagar. Not much seating space inside the outlet. Good for take away. Available on online food ordering apps as well. Lot of options for cake and cupcakes. Doughnuts were not available. Tarts and macarons are available too. Card and cash payments both options are available.

Disgusting never thought 7th heaven would disappoint me like this….i have order one Black Forest and they send me cake from different shop which taste disaster ,I have never eat such a disaster cake in my life….if you don’t have cake in stock atleast don’t cheat with your trustable customer …I have trusted 7th heaven ,I hope in future you guys won’t do the same thing with others🤮🤮🤮

Very attractive and talking ambience inside the small space - worth tasting a piece of pastry. Cakes are tasty and good presentation. Service is prompt.
