Apollo Clinic Jyotikuchi, opposite Gyan Educational institute, Guwahati

I recently visited Apollo Clinic Jyotikuchi regularly for doctor consultations, and I would like to share my experience. From the moment we entered the clinic, we were impressed by the cleanliness and hygienic atmosphere maintained throughout the facility. The environment is well-organized, calm, and patient-friendly, which creates a sense of comfort and trust. All the staff members are very cooperative, polite, and always ready to help patients with their needs. Their supportive attitude makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Binay Sir for his exceptional support and dedication. He takes a personal interest in understanding patients’ problems and makes every effort to arrange doctor consultations as quickly as possible. He is truly a kind, helpful, and grateful person who goes the extra mile for patient care. Overall, my experience at the clinic has been very positive, and I highly appreciate the professionalism, hygiene, and compassionate service provided by the entire team.

Service and doctor list is overall good. But a few basic things need to be improved. Like there is a water filter but no disposable glass, bathroom condition for patients is not so good. It's not cleaned properly. The floors are not clean. Some mismanagement notice, they call patients not respectively, they call randomly sometimes, also don't have sufficient wheelchairs. The staffs were friendly. Overall a good clinic but needs improvement

Unpleasant, unclean, unhygienic. For a morning, start of the day, the facility was filthy. Cleaning mopping began at 12 and went on till 3. The staff is unexperienced. I think interns or freshers. No changing rooms for patients. No disposables provided during ECG and USG only a roll of tissue paper. Changing gowns were dirty and smelly. No privacy when doing tests as anybody from the staff walked in and out. The facility was new but dirty. Patient washroom was filthy. Files for patient line up not organised. Staff was calling anyone on random basis. Please book here at your own risk. I would never recommend this to anyone. 👎👎👎 I would let it pass if this was a local clinic but not with a brand name like Apollo!! It was anything but Apollo. Maybe a franchise run by novices.

I did lipid profile tests & it cost me ₹850 at Apollo Jyotikuchi whereas exactly the same test cost me ₹330 at Apollo Bora service. It's too costly at Jyotikuchi. ₹520 is a lot of money for me. I couldn't compare the other tests prices related to urine, which too must be higher. The rate is more than 250% more than the Apollo Bora service Guwahati. Talked to staff but instead of explaining the reason, they were defending their rate & weren't happy with me raising the issue. Above all when I presented the reports to my doctor at Apollo, I was asked to redo the tests again. One can assume the reason. ₹1500+ wasted.

All staff are good and friended..clinic are clean and hygiene.. I'm satisfied this clinic
