3 stars are for the behaviour of doctors and some laboratory staff ,they were really polite and helpful. Recieved treatment from Dr. Sujit Saikia and the over-all experience was decent so far. Taking about the other flaws : 1. No one in reception till 9:30 AM 2. No tokes for first comers, so the first comers might have to be deprived of visiting the doctor soon 3.Below average infrastructure , toilets in bad shape. 4.Covid testing charges are ₹500 ,but available for ₹250 in other labs just nearby to the hospital. 5. No time management .

I have uric acid level 7.40 and 1 kidny stone. I show my report to Dr. sujit saikia but his reply and response are very horrible. he reffer me to an Arthopedic dr..... even I am suffering gout pain. but not respond anything. what type of Dr. there . no advice for my uric acid... bad experience....

Lift is not working, patient carried one to another floor through stairs by lifting up,but Dr sujit saikia is one of the most famous urologist

😡😡😡😡😡 I had one of the WORST experiences at Central Nursing Home, located at Beltola Tiniali, Guwahati. The management is a complete disaster. They do not follow any proper serial number system for patients. Instead of attending to people in order, they give priority to their relatives, known people, and those with "connections", leaving everyone else waiting for hours unnecessarily. This is completely unfair and unacceptable in a healthcare facility. The hospital staff are extremely rude, careless, and arrogant. They behave very roughly, talk disrespectfully to patients and their families, and show zero empathy or professionalism. If you ask for help or information, they either ignore you or give half-hearted responses like they are doing you a favor. It's clear they don’t care about the patients or their duties at all. How can a place that's supposed to take care of people's health be run like this? This kind of behavior is shameful and inhuman, especially in a medical environment. Wrost experience, Un ethical Staff ,No manners , They don't know how to talk their Patience, and All staff (excluding Doctors and Nurses ) are very Cruel , So don't visit , this hospital again , and it's also responsible for hospital authority to change their this kind of arrogance staff who did not know to basic manners and don't understand the meaning of hospitality.

Dr Sujit Saikia is a very good person. But the hospital staff in administration is totally useless. Their attitude is like they are the Doctor. Totally frustrated. People often visited because of the Doctor only.

The doctor are very friendly and the communication skill of them are very good its a very good place of you have kidney stone
