Absolute worst place to go to. There is no infrastructure set, no set places for people to go. The waiting rooms are designed at their absolute worst. The junior doctors have no idea what to do and the senior doctors are scarcely available once in a blue moon. This is not a hospital. This is a shame to be called a hospital. Had to sit for 5 hours in a waiting room for a simple bandage to be changed without any follow ups of where to go and which doctor would attend us.

Zero star, young no experience no efficiency veteran, after two days treatment from them, my dog died, due to mistreatment.

i had a great experience thanks to dr. Inzamamul and dr. bhaben baishya the former is a student, had so much passion towards his work and the later is the HOD, was patient and took his time to diagnose. pair that with his experience, i felt very confident in their hands infact, baishya sir personally requested the surgical dept to remove a wart from my dog. he probably thought suppressing it with medication adds uncertainty and extra hassle to the caretaker. gotta appreciate his good will overall 11/10 experience

The security guards are well behave and performs much better job than the doctors here. My dog was in pain, and the doctor showed no concern for it he didn't even put on gloves to look at the wounds on my dog.

Our cat died due to non availability of doctors.

In single word "PATHETIC".... That's all about their system from doctors to nurses to attendant to staff.... They are getting salary from our taxes and doing nothing just passing their paid times.
