CRITICAL CARE HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH INSTITUTE

This is honestly a third-class hospital. The management is completely unorganized, and the staff shows very little professionalism. Patients are made to wait for hours even for simple procedures, and no one seems responsible enough to provide proper updates. Most of the doctors are either unavailable or not attentive, and the support staff behaves rudely instead of helping. Overall, the service quality is far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone unless there is no other option.

Pathetic response ( ward sister's are good ) . If you're referred from ESIC, the treatment that was supposed to take two days will now take five or six days (they're not sure if they will.) I purchased blood from another hospital.I told the hospital that I had a paper from the blood bank, please give it to me. I need to file a claim with the ESIC. They gave me a photocopy of it, not the original. Esic told me that if they had the original, they would claim it. However, I purchased the blood.

Would not recommend. The maintainable system is Poor. Having a good cabin doesn't justify the treatment. Don't bring any serious patient. Inside the ICU you can see the nurses giggling and talking loudly.

Never ever, i said never ever visit in emergency. If you visit to any reputed hospital,if it cost 1 lac there, same will cost 2.5 to 3.00 lac in critical care hospital with extremely unprofessional and poor service. You will get better service in government hospital.

This is the worst hospital I've been through, they make you wait for even discharge. They don't inform you which doc is in charged in the ICU, for simple problems this guys(doctors) recommend you take in ICU. The make you wait to make bills high, workers are lazy, way to many nonsense rules been put for the visitors. I recommend no one should ever go for treatment i said never in this hospital.

Don't open such hospitals if you can't provide basic medical needs to anyone. Never visit this hospital at night. They don't have any good or experienced doctors.

Worst experience and worst medical team in the emergency department doesn't know how to talk and deal with
