Security should behave politely, we are paying for services. They will get paid if we will get admitted. So I ask Management to train them hospitality.

Had been at the hospital for 11 days as my elder sister in law had delivered twins in that hospital. Very good care was taken by the entire staff. Specially Jyotimala madam and her team. Nurses were very polite and supportive. The security staff was excellent, good soft skills training was imparted to them. The food of the canteen was delicious. Overall a good experience.

Good treatment and care. The hospital staff was friendly and responsive and the place was clean. Particularly the Doctor whom we consulted was very good and we received good treatment & care overall from the hospital, not to forget the MRD branch of hospital which was kind enough and prompt at their service.

Just visited the Emergency today early morning at 4:40 AM. The service was truly excellent—every nurse and doctor was attentive, calm, and caring while treating my sister. I genuinely appreciate their dedication, so I wanted to share this message. Thank you to all the Emergency nurses and to Dr. Sheikh Afzalur Rahman. A special thanks to Sister Mihu for her patience and service.

Satisfactory experience. Thanks to all the staff, doctors, nurses (especial thanks to Liali, Marjina, Kalpana, Jyoshna, Gitika, Anju, Dipti, Jafrina, Parbin) and the cleaning branch(lead by Santana, Gauri and Sahida) of the 4th floor for their dedicated service towards the patient during his treatment in the Hospital. 🙏

I gave 5 Star , They have cared me and support me when I was lying on bed , but the some nurse/sisters are ediot cause of they don't know how to behave with patients, , please suspend them eventually ❌ and fire them of her all tasks ,, polyclinic facilities should be better more almost. Otherwise no one will come to this clinic , and one more thing my doctor is very good , he himself did my surgery very nicely 😊 and he is God for me I will never forget him , that's all ,🙏🙏

My aunt was is in the Hospital for last 12 days, Everything was fine and all the staff was friendly but at the time of discharge they are taking too much time, we are supposed to leave in the morning around 9-10 AM and now it's already 3 o'clock, still no sign for leaving. Didn't expect such delayed as we have to travel a very long way.
