Dr Ashok Kayal Chamber

Once I visited this chamber for medicine last week. Out of four medicines, one medicine was out of stock, the remaining 3 medicines were available. But when I wanted to pay the bill I didn't have cash, so I told them that, does they accept online payment ? They said NO. I had to go to Paltanbazar, then I withdrawn cash, then after half an hour I bought those medicine. In this digital era, I don't know why they don't accept Online Payment. I highly recommend to bring cash if you visit this place.

This is the worst doctor I have ever witnessed in my entire life. I went with my mother as she was suffering from shoulder pain. We did various tests just a week before we went to him but he didn't even looked at those reports. Then he gave many tests and MRI Scan (and told to do the tests in his TIE UP laboratory). But we did those tests in our nearby laboratory, but when we went to show the reports he just yelled at us and refused to look at the reports and threw the papers. He yelled at my mom and me asif we did a huge mistake by doing the test at other laboratory. This nonsense fellow is a stain in the name of doctor, this doctors license should be cancelled for his treatment and behaviour, he dont have basic etiquetts. I will never ever recommend anyone to visit him. His behavior is extremely bad and he is very much money minded.

Weird people, waiting for more then an hour before clinic opens. Was referred by Dr Jayant Das. They said you will need to wait as there are other patients waiting, where as there was no one when I reached. Left the place after asking if we will be the first person doctor will see.

They provide good treatment.But the doctor is very rude his Behavior is not so impressive.One of the costly place i could say. They give lots of expensive medicine. The Chamber is too clean. They have good space for waiting area. They have sitting area for patients. Inside of his chamber there are a pharmacy where u can buy medicines. My experience of this place is not so good but i liked their treatment which they provide.

One of the worst and the most rude Dr I have ever came across. He doesn't have any time to listen to his patients. He even doesn't touch the eyes while looking at your eyes with the touch like as if we are untouchables. Greedy man. His main priority is to check as many patients as possible within 2-3 hrs and just take the fees. He will not even tell you properly what short of problem you are dealing with. Just prescribe the medicine and done.

He is a very inhuman doctor who does not care about patients well being and recovery. He treated them like Guinea Pig. My sister had mild OCD problems and he treated her with epilepsy medicines. This came to light after we shifted to another Doctor after consuming his wrongly suggested medicines for about 4 years. There are far better Doctors in Guwahati for Psychiatrist problems. Please avoid his treatment.

One of the worst doctor I have seen. Looks like he is bothered about money only. Doesn't give even 5 minutes to a patient, how the hell he can diagnonise properly!! Consultation fee is Rs 500 and consults 60-70 patients in 2-3 hrs. Its like ram-bharosey. If his 2 mins diagnosis is ok, you are safe, otherwise, god knows. My mother went to him with her problem and before she could say about all her ailments, everything was over in 2 mins and he rang the bell for the next patient. A doctor must have patience to listen the medical problems of the patient which is certainly missing in his case.
