Honestly not a good experience at all what I heard about him was totally wrong I was suffering from last 3 years showed many doctors from Shillong and Guwahati as well but my cervical spondylitis was getting worse and worse day by day then some one recommended me about this doctor. With lots of hope and pain I went to visit him but he came to his chamber checked my old reports without any test he gave me lots of costly medicines. I took them for one month my pain became more and it was making me very weak. I stop taking his prescribed medicines and totally loose hope. then my staff told me there is one old man who makes herbal oil and he massage with that oil I was like lets give a try I went to the old man after 2 weeks of that herbal medicine now by God’s grace my pain is 60% gone.

Don't do surgery from him . He is a worst doctor because of him my father had go under surgery for 2 times for the same disease.

Dr. Shameem Ahmed is one of the best neuro surgery doctor. My uncle had a major spine surgery which is very high risk 8 months ago and now with the help of physiotherapy he's on the verge of recovering.. In emergency he never fail to answer the calls.. He's very humble and kind.

Not a good experience. This doctor was very casual during treatment. He came to his chamber along with MRs. Prescribes costly medicines. He even shared personalised information like prescription etc to the MRs and the moment we step out from his chamber we got three calls from MR to sell their medicine.

He has done successfully ( Left FTP subdural empyema with left orbital cellulitis seizure disorder) a very critical surgery case. doctor is very polite and listen to the problems and give advice to the patient and he is very helpful also .I recently had my L4L5 spinal fusion and rods implemented . Recovering and continuing my physiotherapy and electro therapy as per doctor advised.
