Guwahati Neuro Clinic Dr BK Baishya

They charge 1000 as fees... But don't accept UPI or online transaction... They demand only cash...in this whole world of digitization....what is the meaning of not accepting cashless

Today i was going to the GUWAHATI NEURO CLINIC, Jonali for my treatment , as a patient i was waiting for Doctor (Dr BK Baishya) in that time i was got very good hospitality from the STAFF of Clinic, for some reason Dr Baishya was too late to the clinicA other Attandents of a patient was getting very angry to staff, they use slang languages. The Neuro staff are polite behaviour in workplace Doctor and staff of Guwahati neuro clinic is very good, i satisfyed their services .. We should understand others..... Thank you

The Receptionist/Cashier needs to learn some moral ethics of how to treat a customer. Total unprofessional behaviour. Doctor and rest of the staff are fine as usual. All the reviews below significantly says that there is a problem with the staff. I urge the owner to view this problem as wholesome otherwise even with a good doctor no one will want to visit due to poor and unprofessional management staff.

Very unprofessional behaviour by the Receptionist/Cashier. Due to some technical error, I noticed I payed an amount twice. After checking my bank statement on the next day, I then immediately informed the receptionist about it, he then told me that they would pay back but to wait for 3 days as the clinic will remain closed. Today was the day of repayment, I received no calls from them regarding the matter. I had to call 8-10 times with different numbers still they didn't pick up. I even DMed the receptionist several times regarding the matter, he chooses not to reply. After several dms and call attempts he paid me the amount. I'm giving two stars only because of the professional doctor and other staff management members.

Dr. Bk baishya one of the most humble and coolest person I have ever seen... His medication and treatment really works Down to earth person with great personality. He is itself a director of Guwahati medical college and hospital Of neuro science and cardiothoracic department... Having such a great doctor with great personality with full of humbleness in our hometown Guwahati is full of greatness and blessings for our Guwahati citizens... I really appreciate ☺️ 🙏🏻

I visited the clinic yesterday on 7/01/2022. Doctor is very polite and listen everything from us about the problems. But staff behaviour were too bad, as they are not helpful, doesn't understand the problem. They provide wheelchair which is very good but they don't provide someone who will take the patient. So i took the wheelchair and get my mother. N because of staircase you cant even take the patient to the clinic directly, n they dont even want to give the wheelchair to the patient. Totally nonsense staff. I heard lot about Dr. B.K.Baishya from others and nearby people.

Wide and clean area inside. Crews are polite.

Good as a doctor. But the use of so-called clinic staff or aka brokers is very bad. They don't know how to talk to people. All these bulls are notorious for good doctors. Two of them consider themselves doctors' fathers. Beware of this bull even if you come.
