Worse hospital ever… i want appointment gor dr gautam khaund (ENT) they told us to book an appointment on sunday and today is sunday .. we are rapidly trying to contact them but at first they were not receiving our call and now it is showing busy.. and we need this appointment very urgently.. this is the condition of hospitals in assam.. my best advice is DON’T KEEP YOUR HOPES UP ABOUT THIS HOSPITAL…. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Worst appointment taking experience. Trying since 2023, still not connected on that 10am sunday appointment system. Kinda harrasment given by the hospital authority. But Dr. Khaund is great. But need to improve appointment or slot booking system asap. Worst worst worst. Harrassing innocent patient only for the appointment.. shame

Worst booking process ever. I called continuously from 10:27 AM to book an appointment with Dr. Gautam Khaund... Every time the line was busy... Once they even switched off the phone... After 5 minutes I called again, and it was busy... Then it rang fully once, but they didn't answer... Then within 2 seconds, the phone was busy again... After continuously calling for 2 hours, the call finally connected once, but they cut the call... And then the phone was busy again... I called 310 times in 2 hours... How can anyone get an appointment with such a process? It's a terrible process... The hospital doesn't have an appointment system; everything has to be done by phone... And they don't even answer the phone...shame on you

The waiting line is for namesake. If you pay bribe,they let you in earlier and it is not automatic.There is guy he call out your name according to your suppose or decorated queue numbers.If you don't wanna bribe then be ready to wait for whole day .Also,the doctor I was appointed too was not that great to be honest.Never gonna visit again.

I am extremely disappointed with the hospital’s appointment management. I had been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Gautam Khaund, but the hospital staff failed to provide a timely slot despite repeated follow-ups. The delay not only caused a lot of inconvenience but also added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. For a reputed hospital, I expected better coordination, promptness, and consideration for patients’ needs. Sadly, the experience was far from satisfactory.

I tried calling them for appointment since 10 am in the morning and made almost 130 calls but it was always busy. absolutely Worst experience.

Appointment I took at 6 A.m from Khaund sir Home , I Am Happy that sir found the problem of my Fiance and help me with that , Not too expensive but The Treatment was quick and Worth It .. Thank u so Much Khaund sir for these service, I would say He is the Best ENT in Guwahati
