I am disappointed with the delay in receiving my blood test report. I gave my sample yesterday, but the report has still not been provided. I expected timely service, especially for something as important as medical results. Please look into this and share the report as soon as possible.

My father admitted here, needed blood, and we arranged a donor who traveled a long distance. We arrived at the blood bank before closing time, but a staff member refused to take the blood and spoke rudely, causing unnecessary distress. I am otherwise grateful for the care from doctors and nurses, special thanks to Dr. Jumi ma'am , Dr. R. Gohain sir, Dr. D.K. Nath sir, and Hemen Da.

Staffs & doctors are very helpful and co-operative.The medical oncologist seems to be pre- occupied.The ambiance needs lot of improvement e.g.stinky toilets,rusty chair.....NO AC !!

PM-JAY DELAYED. THOUGH APPROVAL HAS BEEN MADE FROM HYDERABAD, BUT, THEY SAID THAT THEY DONT HAVE TIME YET TO OPEN THEIR MAIL TO CHECK THE APPROVAL. THIS HAS MADE THE DELAYED AND OF WHICH WE HAVE TO WAIT FROM 10AM TILL NOW, WITH NO UPDATES. THE PEOPLE IN THE COUNTER ARE VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY

Doctors are good.tow doctors from Chennai come to the hospital every month 2/3 days. Pet CT Scan also available in this Hospital.
