Satribari Christian Hospital

I am currently visiting Satribari Christian Hospital, and my experience has been disappointing. When I went to the canteen to get some food, I felt uncomfortable because a few staff members behaved rudely and were not respectful. In a hospital, people expect kindness, patience, and understanding, especially when visitors or patients are already stressed or tired. Good behaviour and polite communication can make a big difference in someone’s day. I truly hope the staff improve their attitude and treat everyone with respect so that visitors and patients can feel more comfortable and welcomed.

As per me, I feel so homely, peaceful environment, clean and natural beauty. Staffs are very cooperative and they serves with smile and care. They have experienced doctors and nurses. They have a church inside the campus and they use to have a prayer service every morning and evening.

I was admitted to Satribari Christian Hospital for typhoid and stayed for only 5 days in the general ward. The total bill came to ₹35,000, which is way too high for normal treatment. There are too many mosquitoes, and even the pharmacy gives no discount — they charge full MRP for every medicine. Very poor management and completely disappointing experience. People should be careful before choosing this hospital.Plz comment cost is high or normal

Disappointing Experience at Satribari Christian Hospital. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Satribari Christian Hospital. The hospital's lack of attention to detail and unprofessional staff made my experience a nightmare. The behaviour is extremely bad towards the admitted patients. Key Issues: - *Poor Communication*: The staff seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. - *Lack of Care*: The hospital's facilities and equipment seemed outdated. The clothes were so old and faded. The nurses got angry after we complained about the matter. -*Behaviour problem*: The behaviour of the nurses is so rude. They asked my wife to take care of the baby on its own. The baby was crying as he was not getting enough milk from the mother but they helped us in the morning. The baby was hungry for the whole night. Overall Experience: My experience at Satribari Christian Hospital was subpar, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The hospital needs to improve its services and staff attitude to provide better care to its patients. Rating: 1/5 stars I hope the hospital takes feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements. Until then, I'll be not be visiting the hospital again.

Doctor as well as staffs are good

Satribari Christian hospital is one of the oldest private hospitals in the entire northeast India. Founded by Christian missionaries, way back in 1926. They are giving good service to needy people. Quality of care is good. Nursing staff are well trained and helpful. Good place for gynaecology and medical issues.
