Booked a rental car from this agency — they promised delivery at 9 PM, delayed to 10, then midnight and at last they said they will deliver by next morning ,then the next morning… and finally cancelled it completely. And guess what? They took my advance payment 2 days ago and wasted all my time. Zero professionalism. Zero responsibility. Don’t trust them — they’ll ruin your plans and vanish when it’s time to deliver. Never recommending this scammy service to anyone. My trip got cancelled not recommending them at what ever costs.

overall experience was really good. They are giving good condition self drive cars. Rate is also very competitive compared to others. Best part is they provide pick and drop facility from your destination, and it is very close to guwahati railway station.
