Truly Elite, Beware!! Rent their cars only if you are willing to shell out a bomb for minor scratches! Ensure to take very detailed videos of the car, outside, inside and possibly underbody too. Otherwise they will charge you for prior damages too. Fortunately I recorded a video on delivery and had to prove the prior marks with the video!! I had to shell out 6K Rs for two marks on bumpers of not more than 1inch each while the car had earlier scrach marks and broken underbody panels too!! At this price one can get the entire panel painted. I had to go to their place to get delivery of a Baleno car with prior phone confirmation, but the car was still not available!  The other available car supposedly owned by them had completely worn out tyres and dirty interiors!! Ultimately I had to go the bodyshop to get the delivery while the car was still under repair from earlier accidents!! The guy argued to charge me for the whole day although I called to get the car around 3pm and finally got handover at 6:30pm! Missed an appointment due to this.. At the time of returning the car too I had a difficult experience of explaining the scratches with video evidence!! Mr Avinash was politely adament to charge all the marks charged to us at nexa rates while he himself didnot recorded any photo or video before delivery. It's like getting charged exorbitantly for the dirty linen at the time of checkout from a hotel !! Maybe Mr Avinash is used to getting marks repaired at exorbitant rates for the expensive Merc he drives and expects the same for rental cars too or it may just be a way of fleecing the customers!! Few fortunate guys may have given good reviews and maybe a few sponsored and fake reviews too.. but for the less fortunate poor customers, beware! I had rented cars earlier from other agencies but nobody were as fussy about timings and car conditions etc..

Had an amazing 5day trip around Meghalaya. Hassle free pick up and drop off. Our tiago was a 6month old car, had an amazing time driving through the meandering roads. Kudos to Avinash for making this trip worthwhile 🙌🙌🙌

Car condition was not good and they charged me so many hidden charges all total it was a worst experience. I have booked your last month so stop being clever. Your staff told us that we have lots of customer we don't need you this is how you treat everyone? I think you have fake reviews at your Google map reviews.
