FuFu Gadi

Booked car for 9 days. Paid entire amount + 2k security deposit on pick up. (Around 31k) Car was clean and in good condition. Had many scratches already. Fuel was literally 0 and fast tag was in negative. Which I feel should be at least 10-20 KLM & fast tag should have some balance, which can be charged later. Key battery issue was seen, which they have replaced but took 1 hr overall. While drop they saw one scratch/dent for which asked 4-5k, finally it was settled for 3.5k (2k security deposit + 1k cash + 300 fast tag balance + 200 fuel balance) which i felt too much, they should have adjusted in 2k security deposit. Overall good experience but can be made exceptional. They mentioned if some police asks don't tell it's rental car but tell friend's car. Which I felt somewhat illegal. Ideally they should provide all India permit car.

My experience with Fufu and with Rinku ji has been great. I had a long almost 20 day trip planned in several places of assam, meghalaya, Arunachal. I had put together an itinerary- Rinku ji was nice enough to go through in detail and give feedback. Even though it was only me and my wife I had rented a crysta - the driver Ratul Bania was also very nice. He was punctual and courteous. After about 6 days my wife actually developed severe back ache and I had to stop our journey. Again Rinku ji was very co-operative in this. Since the main treatment for my wife was rest - I then came back alone. Again Fufu fixed with a smaller car with a short notice. I had a great time exploring north east and its culture. Overall my experience with Fufu has been great. They have reasonable rates and efficient service. I highly recommend the company for car rental.

I recently rented xuv 3xo from fufu gaadi. I must say the engine quality of the car and mileage was very good. They have maintained their car very well. If you are visiting assam or meghalaya, want rented car for exploring sites. Try fufu gaadi car once you wont regret it.

I highly recommend FuFu Gadi based on my recent 4-day solo trip through Meghalaya. The rented vehicle, a Toyota Taisor (Automatic, Petrol), was absolutely fantastic. It was exceptionally well-maintained and performed flawlessly on both the highways and the steep mountain roads of Cherrapunji and Laitlum Canyon—perfect for a comfortable solo adventure. The booking and return process was smooth, but my only point of constructive feedback is the on-time performance. There was a noticeable delay during both the initial pickup and the final drop-off. Improving punctuality would make the entire service seamless. Despite the minor timing issue, the quality of the car was outstanding, and I would definitely choose FuFu Gadi again.

I have not tried many car rental agencies but I can definitely say this is one of the best. Smooth, hassle-free, and customer friendly approach of these guys turn the travel experience wonderful. Vehicle was top notch and it added feathers to our trip. Alto K10 did 1200kms in 6days in and around Meghalaya and Assam. Mileage overall- 17kmpl Travellers-4+1 My personal liking has been their insurance policy which provides complete peace of mind and not many agencies provide the same.
