Sumit , was very responsive and supportive during our entire 15 day self - drive experience in assam/ meghalaya, be it a puncture on the the road or general information. The car was in excellent condition in our case we were grateful the spare tyre and all the related tools needed to change the punctured tyre and replace it with the spare , there was also a puncture kit, but I think we did not screw the liquid properly on to the electric pump ,and everything drained off but we did end up changing the tyre and getting it fixed at a later date . Sumit was on time when we arrived at departure at guwathi airport, you will need to keep a hard copy of your iD proof and over and above the daily charges a deposit which will be refunded and your ID returned once you come back , highly recommended to self drive in meghalaya the main roads are good condition and scenic , the smaller roads are a bit broken, bigger cars are recommened if you are going to travel to the off the grid places . These guys have all type of vehicles.
