We rented a car from My O Car from Guwahati and travelled to Shillong and Cherrapunjee. This was the best price I could find in Guwahati and the car was a pretty new in excellent condition. They gave us amazing service. Car was handed to us in Railway station as we wanted and taken back from there itself. We met with a little accident on our way which was handled very calmly and settled with a reasonable amount. Overall would recommend you to use their service without any hesitation. It was a very awesome experience. First time rented a car and it went extremely well. The Volkswagen Polo that I got was very well maintained and In perfect condition. All the features Inside the car worked perfectly, the service that I received was very good indeed, very friendly owner who is ready to help with anything regarding the car and the service, and the price for renting is affordable. And they manage time very well, this from my own experience I would recommend people who would consider on renting a car to go to this. I am very satisfied with everything.

I have rented a self drive vehicle (Polo) from My O Cars owned by Tanmoy. I have enquired with around 6-7 vendors for my 10 days trip to northeast and Bhutan travel. Out of which Tanmoy (Owner of My O Cars) has given the best deal which can't be compared with others. Car arrived right on time to Guwahati Airport and vehicle handover was very smooth. Infact Tanmoy helped me a lot in preparing my travel itinerary as i wasn't sure of places to cover. Thanks a lot Tanmoy for all the support and extending my rent period by half day and consistently following up if everything is fine during my travel to Bhutan. I have actually extended by 12 hrs more due to changes in my return flight timings for which he has not charged extra. Definitely a 5 * rating for customer service, prompt response and flexible pickup/drop points and timings. I will surely recommend 'My O cars' for my friends and colleagues for northeast trips.
