Extremely Unprofessional, Misleading & Unsafe Car Rental Service This review is to formally record a serious service failure, misrepresentation, and safety risk caused by this car rental agency. We had booked a Maruti S-Presso for our trip scheduled on 3rd February. The agency later informed us that the vehicle was not available and assured us that it would be available on 4th February, requesting us to reschedule our trip. Relying on this assurance, we cancelled our original plan and postponed the trip. On 3rd February night, we reconfirmed that the vehicle would be collected at 8:00 AM on 4th February, which the agency explicitly approved. However, upon reaching their office at the agreed time, we were informed that the S-Presso was still unavailable and were coerced into accepting a Santro instead. The substitute vehicle provided was in a dangerous and unroadworthy condition. The braking system was defective, with the vehicle failing to stop properly on multiple occasions. Additionally, the windshield wipers were broken, severely reducing visibility. Supplying a vehicle with such critical safety defects is gross negligence and poses a direct risk to passengers and public safety. When these issues were raised, the staff deliberately ignored the complaints. The agency also follows a deceptive return policy, wherein customers are forced to return the vehicle by 8:00 AM the next day, irrespective of the pickup time. Any delay—even by a few hours—is unfairly treated as a full-day extension, which is neither transparent nor customer-friendly. Despite committing to deliver the vehicle at 8:00 AM, the agency handed over the car only at 9:30 AM, causing a 1.5-hour loss to us, for which they accepted no responsibility. However, when we were delayed by 2 hours during return, we agreed to pay the late fee of ₹250 per hour. Instead, the agency falsely claimed a 4-hour delay to justify overcharging. Furthermore, the agency made a false statement that they attempted to contact us and that our phones were unreachable. This claim is untrue, as two separate contact numbers were provided on two different devices, both of which were operational. This experience reflects systematic dishonesty, breach of commitment, unsafe practices, and unethical billing behavior. I strongly caution customers against dealing with this agency, as their operations raise serious concerns regarding consumer rights, safety compliance, and professional integrity.

Thankyou MySawari for giving us such a wonderful experience with your vehicle. Without you people this trip and the view would be impossible. I would recommend MySawari to everyone their service is also suberb before we took the car they washed it very properly from the inside and out and the paper work also doesn't take much time it took us only 5 min and the employee was so generous and the car are very budget friendly you can get it in a very discounted price there, the car didn't gave any problem and the trip was safe and secure but before you give the car to customers please do a double check for their safety , it was a wonderful experience thankyou once again MySawari next trip is also with your car be ready ❤️

Scammers!!!!!! Totally disgusting service they gave us a car for long distance which is in very good condition so it's advisable to go for other options as the prices are almost same as they claimed about low prices but compare you'll see 100 200 difference. Mind about the contact as they have mentioned about the policy and rules only beneficial to the provider while creating loss of their customers. They don't assist in any ways whatsoever the problem is like tyre brust it's not because the booked person it's already in its last condition. Please consider to compare about other providers.

I rented a Maruti Swift for 5 days from Mysawari, and this was one of the worst and most unsafe car rental experiences I’ve had. The car was in terrible condition. 3 tyres were completely worn out and even the spare tyre was unusable. Driving the car felt like it had not been serviced in a very long time. During the trip, the coolant was almost finished, causing the car to overheat, and the radiator fan had to be replaced, keeping the car in the garage for one full day. Even though Mysawari refunded one day’s rent, half of my day was still wasted. On the last day, one tyre went flat again, and the spare tyre was not safe to drive even for a short distance. The puncture repair person clearly said that all the tyres were beyond repair and dangerous for mountain driving. The wheel alignment was also completely off, making the car extremely unsafe. I was forced to buy a new tyre in the middle of nowhere just to continue the trip. While Mysawari paid for the tyre, they did not reimburse the tyre installation charges that I had to pay. Additionally, they refused to refund the remaining balance left in the FASTag wallet, which I had added myself for the trip. Although the staff was polite and tried to help, this car should never have been given to a customer in this condition. Because of these issues, I missed my last day’s sightseeing. This experience shows a serious lack of vehicle maintenance and customer responsibility. I would not recommend Mysawari unless they significantly improve their standards.

I had booked a car for three days and the car they provided was very pathetic and not properly maintained. The car was very unclean, it was full of dust and sand. The performance of the car was okay. I had informed them I will pick up the car at 7:00 AM and they informed me that the car will be ready for pickup at 7:30 AM. I reached the pick up spot by 8:30 AM then they just sprayed some water over the car and said the car is ready. When I opened the car I was so disturbed and disappointed upon the view of the interiors. I thought of rejecting the car as the car interiors were pathetic and horrible. As I have already paid the full amount and security deposit I was unable to cancel it. When I asked him to clean the interiors he said it will take time, and when I insisted he started to clean the interiors as he was not interested. As I was very happy with his cleaning and behaviour. I had to go to a water service station to clean the vehicle both interiors and exterior in my own expense. I have lost money and my precious time for cleaning the vehicle, very unprofessional service. So disappointed, unprofessional service and not at all recommended if you wish a clean car.
