Absolutely unacceptable and one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever faced in Guwahati. We had a confirmed booking, yet we were left stranded on the roadside for more than an hour with no driver, no update, and zero accountability from the service provider. There was a complete lack of punctuality and basic professionalism. When we called politely to request a pickup and clarification, instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, we were met with rude, abusive, and harassing behavior. Being spoken to like that after already being inconvenienced is completely unacceptable and reflects a shocking disregard for customer safety and respect. A car rental service’s primary responsibility is reliability and customer support — this operator failed on both counts. Leaving customers waiting in a vulnerable situation without communication and then responding with hostility is not just poor service, it is outright irresponsible. If you value your time, dignity, and peace of mind, do not rely on this provider. There are far more professional and dependable options available in Guwahati.
