At a random search I found SELF DRIVE GUWAHATI whose VINAYAK did a fabulous job of not only giving us a brand new Mahindra XUV700 but also advising us on the route planning for a drive across Assam, Arunachal and Meghalaya. Thanks to both of them we did over 3500 kms over 12 days without a flaw. Highly recommend to use SELF DRIVE GUWAHATI.
