We hired an Innova Crysta from Guwahati for our 7-day Arunachal trip and had a great experience. The car was in excellent condition, almost new, with hardly 5000km on it and very comfortable, making the entire journey smooth. Jyotishman, our point of contact, was polite, responsive, and extremely helpful. He guided us through everything, from ILP requirements to advice on weather conditions, road situations, and any car-related concerns. He was clear in his communication which gave us complete confidence in the service. Overall, the service was excellent, and hassle-free. I’d highly recommend this rental company to anyone planning a trip in the Northeast.

Simply the best! I am from Nagaland, I have tried every Car rental in Guwahat since I have been traveling Meghalaya as a tour guide for roughly 7 years now (my Instagram is @mister_regan). Some rentals are closed down now. But among the functional ones, WANDERIDES offers the best discounted price, hassle free check-in & Check-out, not much formalities or extensive paperworks. We too two vehicles for 5 days(Baleno & Brezza) and they were in great condition, we made a roundtrip of whole meghalaya and didn't faced even a single issue with the vehicles, we also didn't get any disturbance calls from the owner, we initially took for 4 days and extended another day but they let us sincerely call them up and didn't even disturbed us. With less documentation process, they didn't even charged us security deposit because we provided our original AADHAR card. I will definitely recommend everyone to take from them and I will also be renting from them again in my next trip. Since we were getting late for train, they even offered to come directly to station to pick up the cars and they let us leave in peace. Thank you Wanderides, we enjoyed your service.

I had a great experience with the self-drive car for my trip from Guwahati to Wari Chora and back. The car was very well maintained, and I didn’t face a single issue throughout the journey. What I really appreciated was the transparency — no security deposit and no hidden charges at all. The owner himself suggested taking a video of the car for safety, which clearly shows how genuine and professional he is. Being from Bangalore, I trusted him easily, and I can confidently say others can too. Unlimited kilometers with charges only for the vehicle makes it even better. Rented an Innova for a week in Meghalaya and had a very bad experience. The car got punctured four times, showing poor vehicle maintenance. The owner was completely irresponsible and didn’t bother to help or replace the tyre. We had to manage everything on our own and it caused a lot of inconvenience during our trip. We even had to cancel visiting 3 places from our itinerary because of repeated punctures and delays. Highly disappointed and would not recommend this service. Not a reliable rental service.

The main thing is the professional behaviour of Jyoti and fuzz free delivery and return at the airport. We rented Scorpio N and it was in good condition. I suggest a few things 1) keep cleaning microfiber cloth in cars. 2) Just inform clearly that fasttag toll needs to recharged by customer
