Visited Apunar Škoda Showroom & Dealer today to enquire about Škoda cars as I’m planning to purchase one soon. Honestly, the experience was really disappointing. The staff seemed least interested in selling or even guiding a customer. Nobody greeted me, nobody bothered to ask what I was looking for, and overall it felt like I was not even welcome there. Instead of being helpful, a few of them were acting bossy and gave unnecessary attitude, which was totally unprofessional. When someone is spending such a big amount on a car, basic respect and customer service is the minimum expected. Sadly, I didn’t feel that here at all. Hope the management works on improving their staff behaviour and customer handling.
