The worst Service ever provided. I went to claim 1st party insurance on 11/10/25 and was settled on 29/10/25. The work was of barely 30mins as the head lamp and left indicator was to be replaced but in the name of so called process the kept extending it on and on.as the process was taking too long I paid on insurance behalf and took my scooter and they assured me of giving the money after the insurance settlement. The boy named Abhishek did worsened the matter by blocking my phone number (how childish😁😁 )and did nothing to do the settlement and just delayed and delayed and gave a deaf ear.fortunatey I brought the cashier's no and he helped me. Imagine if I kept my scooter on 11/10/25 I would have got it on 29/10/25.might take more number of days as on 29/10/25 I took my own initiative and then only got my claim settlement on my own. The so called service from Abhishek who was handling the matter was 3rd class who doesn't even know the basic sense of taking matter seriously. He was like passing his free time AAHISE MANUH GOISE MANUH. I request authority to look into this matter.its for your own benefit.this type of people will eat your customers.

I went to buy scooty today but the behaviour of the staff made me think twice their attitude is like if you want to buy then buy otherwise get lost. You'll not get any explanation about scooty even if you ask them. The sales boy surname roy he give attitude like he is some kind of officer never buy anything from here . If there is 0 star I would like to give that to this showroom.

Divine Honda it is a showroom of Honda it is located in ghy beltola tiniali road .it is too old and very popular also .I like it and the assosories is also perft Here u will get all type of Honda accosories and all are perfect .here emi is avilable and also u can buy by cash .divine Honda look is also very classy inside look is perfect and the staff of the Honda showroom who told u about the accosories which u want to buy they give the perfect information of the accosories which u want to buy and they will suggest u to how to buy and what are the condition on buying process . They also provide the guide book of the accosories which u want to buy .in the guide book all the information about the accosories and the the document which is required to buy it The behaviour is also perfect I really the behaviour of the showroom staff and also after buying they provide numberplate in their only u donot have to go to the dto to place a number plate on ur product . And the service centre is also attached beside this showroom and for the service of ur product they can easily come here they provide nice service and I really like it the most

Today I was there for my 1st free service.I reached at the service station by 7.35 a.m.and was allotted 4th number.But the staff and all technicians came by 9.00 a.m..After that only Engine Oil was changed and a little oiling was done at my bike's petrol tank lock.Only this much work was done and my bike was handed over to me at 10.15 a.m. For this much of work I wasted 2.30 hours in the name of 1st free service over here.Hence,I said to myself "Not to visit again over here.".Very bad experience.

Very bad , smart activa, they will sell it by telling smart, with remote, but it has a starting issue, very dangerous if you go far outside, if suddenly won't start, i can't start without a kick, as no kick, plus the service people don't have idea of it won't start, they will do service give a huge bill but in two days again problem of starting
