Everything is fine apart from sales team service…bcoz the sales girl don’t know how to talk with customer I don’t know her name if I know I will definitely posted her name I am investing my hard earn money…i will ask each and everything about my product if u guys don’t know about the product then it’s not my fault and lastly my delivery of the product is also late literally I have to wait for like 1 hrs to just to get the delivery done. So unprofessional 😡🤬

I had purchased new Super Splendor bike from Brijmohan showroom on last January. But from the beginning ( after one month of purchasing) the bike is disturbing manyways. I visited their service centre, but every time you have to pay money for replacement of parts etc. Before purchasing this product, think twice.

Very Good Service. And staffs are very helpful and kind. I have gained trust to the brand because of the service team.

This showroom is located near ABC bhangagarh. It sells almost every model of hero bike and scooter. I bought the hero xtreme 160R stealth edition. The experience was good enough and paperwork and payment was seamless. The offer complimentary tea to everyone. The staff is courteous and always there for help.

Worst service centre, first of all when i called the service centre for booking my service they didn’t pickup my call. Later when i came for my bike service, i had to wait till 3 pm and the bikes & scooty which came after me finished their servicing early

Don't go there, I bought A scooty On road price was 1,13000 including all. But they changed me extra 6500 rupees, which was not mentioned in any reciept, later I got to know that that extra amount was distributed between Financer person and them. Which is totally fraud in Banking rule and regulations and they violates legal rights of customer. With their malicious tactics and mind manipulation with financer of IDFC

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with the experience with Brijmoha. Went there for a simple warranty replacement, and instead of helping, the staff tried to mislead me and push unnecessary charges. They acted like they were doing me a favor, while in reality they were just trying to cheat and waste my time. No proper information, no support, and the part I needed wasn’t even in stock. Doesn’t feel like a place that represents the Hero brand. Wouldn’t recommend this showroom at all.
