3rd class service I have ever get from the dealer Grand Yamaha, Bharalumukh. I puchsed a yamaha ray zr 125 from them on 28th july 2025. Till date I didn't received the RC & AMC card. Salesman is out of knowledge and also behaviour is not good

Recently I took my fz version 3.0, as I was having self start problem... They changed all my other old parts which were working since then and charged me for those... But my self start problem got worse... Before servicing the self start misses 1/5 times.. But now The self start misses 9/10 times... I spent 6300 rs but my problem gotten worse now.. Totally disappointed and waste of money... Washing is also not good...

One of the worst experience and she(jerry) was doing a very bad job regarding bookings, emotional blackmailing and spreading a false news about booking that rate is increasing day by day in Yamaha Company. She take 2000 in behalf of advance booking and now she is not giving back the money.

Good people and gives good response to you as well..servicing staffs are also good...

All the staff are very friendly and helpful to me.i am happy to purchase aerox . thank you grand Yamaha showroom stuff.

1. They will sell your bike to their prime customers even after you book your bike. 2. They are so greedy that they will keep adding onn some extra charges even after you take the final quotation. 3. The have sold me a defective Fz v3 in 2022. 4 Their after sales service is worthless. 5. Poor behaviour towards customers. 6. After 2nd service i was late approximately 10 to15 days as i was out of station due to medical checkup but i went the service centre before the total kiloneters they have mentioned in my manual book, but they denied to service my bike. Thdy dont even deserve 1 star !
