Bought my new XSR 155 on 28th Jan'26 and its been 15 days and i haven't received my number plate till now which they said that i will be given with the number plate within a week. That is very disappointing and it is giving me a doubt for later servicing experience out there. But the staff is friendly, had a smooth purchase including documentation and transaction. Also, the showroom has all the necessary accessories as well.

Good selection of Yamaha. But didn't had Yamaha aerox155 hence got the same from ravinder Yamaha lokhra

So far had been a good experience with the executives and the technicians. Their behaviour is good, greets customers well and is unlike other service centers in Guwahati. They listen to the issues carefully and try to resolve the issues with decent efforts. Thank you 👍🏻

Spare parts not available since 1 year

Its a new facility...the service center is behind the Yamaha showroom.. Overall service is good.. took 30 40min... Technicians were corporative... Wash wasnt available yet since it has just opened few days back... should start within few days, they said..

They didnt response, i have ordered fz v3 black colour right tank cover Today is 20 day , they didnt response even , they are giving worst service I am disappointed

Heartbreaking experience as a loyal Yamaha customer. Visited this service center for FZ clutch & accelerator cables—was refused parts saying "outside parts not allowed". Is this how you treat your loyal yamaha customers? Truly losing faith. 💔

Don't go. (DON'T FALL FOR THE GOOGLE REVIEWS) Just avoid. Go to the zoo road showroom, Ganeshguri or Lakhra. At the time of buy they will talk nicely after delivery the staff just don't give a damn. No stock available for spare parts, very bad behaviour from staffs They also promised me a free foot maat and seat cover which they didn't give . After 15 days when I called about the foot maat and seat cover and they behaved roughly saying my father didn't make this . Also other showrooms usually give number plates number plates within 10/15 days but i didn't get even after 20 days. Just Don't go don't fall for the Google reviews
